The X-waiver was eliminated by the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023, which means access has expanded well beyond what older directories show. The list below is rebuilt from active NPPES enumerations only.

Provider Enumeration System filtered to specialties that commonly prescribe buprenorphine
for opioid use disorder. NPPES does not flag a provider as MOUD-active, so call any
listing before showing up. Providers can hold a registration without actively accepting
new MOUD patients.
