Are you a clinic?
If you operate a SAMHSA-certified OTP, an office-based buprenorphine practice, a Vivitrol-administering provider, or a state-licensed medical detox program and you would like to be listed or update your listing, email listings@cciwa.org with your facility name, NPI or SAMHSA cert ID, and a phone number we can call to verify. We do not publish a clinic until we can place a live call and confirm intake details with a real person at the facility.
