Our Mission

We are a client-centered Suboxone treatment and Methadone website. We provide a full range of education and treatment services recommendations for youth, adults and families impacted by substance abuse. We provide services to a culturally diverse population that includes individuals at all income levels. We can refer you to a Drug Rehab Facility if you need treatment in Florida.

We do not use a waiting list and are able to get individuals right into education or Suboxone treatment programs.

Should You Try Suboxone?

Why Choose Suboxone Treatment

Chemical dependency is a primary, chronic, progressive, and fatal disease if not treated properly with Suboxone, therapy, guidance, support and abstinence from illegal mind-altering drugs.

Recovery is possible if a Suboxone doctor addresses family history, mental state of mind, relationships, and the cultural forces that act on the individual.

Substance abuse is a pattern of use that can be broken with an effective treatment program.

Substance misuse can be addressed through education and prevention.
Intervention with the cooperation of family, friends and community support can make a difference and break the cycle of addiction.

How Does Suboxone Treatment Work?

Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) augments behavioral therapy and other rehab supports with the use of medication(s) to provide comprehensive substance abuse treatment.

In the 1960s, the use of methadone began being utilized as part of MAT, as it reduced withdrawal symptoms without creating a euphoric “high” (thus breaking the pattern of addiction).

While this method proved effective, it became somewhat prohibitive a few years later when new laws went into effect that required individuals to be in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) to receive this type of treatment.

Suboxone vs. Methadone

How Does Methadone Treatment Work?

A methadone clinic is a place where a person who is addicted to opioid-based drugs, such as heroin or prescription painkillers, can receive medication-based therapy. Patients receive methadone, or the brand name version known as Dolophine, which is an opioid analgesic. This treatment is often referred to as replacement therapy.

There are many methadone clinics throughout the United States. SAMHSA’s 2011 OTP Survey found nearly 245,000 people were admitted into opiate treatment programs in 2010. More than half of those admitted required maintenance and detoxification services. About 22 percent were individuals seeking only maintenance treatment.

As a treatment for opiate addiction, methadone reduces the cravings and withdrawal symptoms caused by opiate use by blocking the “high” and preventing the intense euphoric rush of these drugs. This effect allows people to avoid the physical and psychological highs and lows caused by changing levels of opiates in the blood, decreasing the chance of relapse. In some cases of opiate addiction, methadone treatment may be needed for several years or longer.

Outpatient or Inpatient Drug Rehab?

Addiction rehabilitation programs can vary greatly in price. High-end luxury programs tend to charge more for extra services and special amenities and, in some cases, higher staff to patient ratios. We prefer that you hold off on cosmetic medicine procedures like Botox during treatment. Concept Medical of Ottawa can answer questions about this.

What is Outpatient Drug Rehab?

An outpatient rehab program offers drug and alcohol treatment sessions that can be scheduled during various times throughout the week.

This schedule allows patients to continue with their regular responsibilities and continue living at home, but they are required to check into treatment at their allotted times for counseling and medication.

Intensive outpatient programs establish a treatment plan with defined, measurable milestones in place to indicate progress. As these milestones are met, the time commitment required per week decreases.

Inpatient vs Outpatient Drug Treatment

What is Inpatient Drug Rehab?

Outpatient facilities allow patients to come for treatment, therapy, and other services and then return to their homes at the end of the treatment sessions. This structure lets a person continue a largely unimpeded work, school, or home life while seeking treatment. These facilities tend to be a good fit for those with relatively less severe or shorter-term addictions, limited time, or responsibilities at work or home that cannot be neglected.

Outpatient programs can vary. Some involve all-day sessions, whereas others may only treat patients for an hour or two a day. Costs of outpatient care are usually lower than those of inpatient care because there are fewer amenities and fewer staff hours involved in direct care. Because patients can leave, patients do not have to pay for the around-the-clock care. Many insurance plans may cover some or all of the cost.

We do not offer any suboxone, methadone or any prescription medication. Please consult with your doctor regarding these inquiries. This sites connects users with a behavioral health facility.
